Free Shipping

If you reside anywhere within the Continental United States, you are eligible for free shipping service from Monk Paper. Any purchase of value more than $50 is entitled to free shipping based on US Standard Ground Service (FedEx or USPS). US ground, depending on your address, will take at least 5 to 7 days from the date of order to get your purchase delivered.

Please refer to FedEx zone map at www.fedex.com and USPS zone map at www.usps.com for more information regarding shipping. Free Shipping does not apply on shipments to non-U.S. addresses including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

Signature Requirement for Deliveries:

For safety of your package, when it comes to deliveries worth $300 or more, a direct signature is required regardless of any waivers you have received from FedEx®. It is important that the concerned person is available to take the delivery. Under circumstances where the person cannot be available, alternate arrangements should be made to have the items signed. For such special arrangements, contact our customer service.

Speeding the Shipping:

On occasions where you want to hurry up the delivery, we offer three different services: an overnight shipping service, 2nd day shipping, Express saver (takes 3 days). Each of these services comes with a surplus charge but it is nominal and comparatively lower to FedEx and USPS rates.
We also make deliveries on Saturday. To make arrangements, buzz +001 410 992 3272. Remember, Saturday delivery costs more than standard overnight. A rate will be provided to you after the actual amount is checked. For residents of Hawaii and Puerto Rico, a cost effective option of USPS shipping is available. In Hawaii FedEx offer FedEx 2nd day and FedEx Priority Overnight services only. Standard Overnight service is not applicable in Hawaii.

Time taken for Delivery:

Time taken for delivery varies for each purchase depending on the location of the delivery address and the size of the product. In most cases we try to ship goods purchased online or over the phone within a couple of business days. In special cases where the products worth $1000 and more, the duration for delivery may be longer since they require extra verification for safety purposes.
An estimated delivery date will be possible once the order has been processed. This will also help to allocate the best shipping method. For example, when it comes to huge jewelry box and other larger products, ground shipping is the logical shipping solution. The total time taken for delivery is calculated from the time the order is placed to the time it is received. It is divided into pre-ship processing time and shipping time.

Pre-Ship Processing Time

It is the time between the placement of order and the time when the product leaves the warehouse. Most of the time, orders are shipped within two working days (Mon – Fri) when the items are in-stock. In special cases where an engraving or customization is requested, additional 5-7 working days are required. If and when we suspect shipment delays, you will be informed via email or phone. As mentioned easrlier expensive items may need extra time for verification. In any case of delays you will be the first to know about it.

Shipping time is the period from when the purchased good leave the warehouse till the time it reaches you.
